STEP 1

Sourcing

Kenya Arabica green beans are sourced from the highlands and mountain regions of Kenya.

STEP 2

Small Batch Roasting

Samples are roasted using a small batch roasting machine.

STEP 3

Cupping

The roasted beans are ground and brewed directly to cover the entire surface area of the cup.

STEP 4

Tasting

Samples are blind tasted by our team of coffee tasters with over 30 years of experience.

STEP 5

Selection

Green beans that pass our quality assurance check for flavour are chosen.

STEP 6

Roasting

High grade green beans are brought to our roastery in Nairobi, where they are hand roasted to exactness following our standard profile.

STEP 7

Delivered to your doorstep.

Our beans are roasted weekly to be delivered fresh, straight to your doorstep.

Our quality designed blends – Altura, Classic, and Espresso are packaged in whole bean and ground forms, which range from medium to dark roast.
